He has led product development at major brands and consulted for up-and-coming footwear startups across the world. What sets Jeff apart isn’t just his decades of industry knowledge; it’s his ability to connect craft, performance, and sustainability.

Since joining Evoco in 2022, Jeff has been a driving force behind our success in scaling FATES®, our proprietary high-bio-content foam. Under his product leadership, millions of FATES® insoles have been brought to market. This achievement proves that performance and planet-first thinking don’t have to be at odds. His deep understanding of both materials and market needs has helped turn our innovations into real-world solutions used by top footwear manufacturers globally.
