Jason Robinson
Chief Executive Officer
Jason is CEO of Evoco, a global leader in sustainable materials. A pioneer in the industry, he is focused on creating better performing, responsible and ecological products. His expertise in engineering and science has prepared him to charter this new territory and challenge the status quo every step of the way. Dedicated to uncovering new approaches in a full 360° view of innovation, he is closing the loop on unsustainability, for good.

Natalie Ashdown
Chief Operating Officer
Natalie is a cleantech entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in cleantech operations and technology development.
Natalie is a Process and Materials engineer with management experience in global businesses in Europe, North America, and Africa. She is driven to disrupt the consumer goods industry by transforming plant-based materials into eco-friendly products.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Process and Materials Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. As well, she serves as a Board of Director on the Evoco governance Board.
Barbara Hopper, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Barbara is a results-oriented Finance & Operations expert with 25+ years of business experience in strategy, analytics, and finance.
She is focused on driving organizational growth to help Evoco achieve its goals. She has a reputation as a trusted advisor, providing sound counsel to C-suite executives, Board of Directors, and Founders in prior roles.

Gérald Alvoët
Vice President of Marketing
Gerald has a passion for brand building and innovative sustainability fields, coupled with 15 years in brand marketing and sales positions within high-growth fast-paced regulated consumer goods industries.
He is a commercial executive driven by challenges where meaningful, lasting strategies are developed to connect brands with the conscious consumers of today.

Adel Karoodi, Ph.D, P.Eng
Director of Research
& Development
Adel Kakroodi is a passionate polymer research and development leader with extensive experience in managing projects focused on the production of novel bio- and petroleum-based products including foams, composites, and coatings.
He has extensive experience in leading research and product development activities in fast-paced start-up environments as well as in scale-up and commercialization of novel green technologies.
Adel received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology and Sharif University of Technology in Iran, respectively.
Brent Finch
Sales Director
Brent has 30+ years of experience in the footwear industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team at Fates™️.
Brent has worked in product development and sales, using his creative side to help guide customers into making the right decision.

Jeff Huckle
Product & Business Development Manager
Jeff joined Evoco at the beginning of 2022 as Product and Business Development Manager, bringing a wealth of knowledge from the footwear sector to Evoco and Fates™️.
He has been responsible for creating and implementing new procedural processes as well as developing and executing new product strategies and opportunities to meet the seasonal business and financial objectives of the company.
