Adel Kakroodi is a passionate polymer research and development leader with extensive experience in managing projects focused on the production of novel bio- and petroleum-based products including foams, composites, and coatings.
He has extensive experience in leading research and product development activities in fast-paced start-up environments as well as in scale-up and commercialization of novel green technologies.
Adel received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology and Sharif University of Technology in Iran, respectively.

Jeff joined Evoco at the beginning of 2022 as Product and Business Development Manager, bringing a wealth of knowledge from the footwear sector to Evoco and Fates™️.
He has been responsible for creating and implementing new procedural processes as well as developing and executing new product strategies and opportunities to meet the seasonal business and financial objectives of the company.
